Station 337
Northwest Fire District has provided emergency services to the residents of the Dove Mountain Community since the late 1990’s from our fire station located near Moore and Tortolita roads. Several factors led to the decision to relocate Station 337 within the Dove Mountain Community. The relocation will allow for our personnel and equipment to better serve this region. The considerable growth of the housing market and the development of destination amenities, such as the Ritz Carlton Resort, required a station located further north along Dove Mountain Blvd. The expansion of Moore road to the east, connecting Dove Mountain Blvd and Thornydale Roads, allowed Northwest Fire
Station 39, located at Thornydale and Tangerine, to provide an equal amount of coverage to the southern portions of Dove Mountain as compared to the current location. These factors led to the purchase and construction of the new and relocated Station 337. The new station is near the Gallery Sports Club at the northern end of Dove Mountain. The District is confident that with this relocation, all residents within Dove Mountain and the surrounding communities will have quick and reliable emergency response services for decades to come.
